Expirix is operated by Studios 7 Desenvolvimento LTDA (CNPJ 52.907.286/0001-97), which acts as the data controller for personal data processed in Expirix.

2. Data we process

• Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Workspace and member data: names, invites, and roles.
• Document data: title, metadata, expiration dates, reminder rules, and uploaded attachments.
• Logs and audit: activity events, IP/UA when applicable, and notification delivery logs.

3. How we use data

• Operate the platform and authenticate users.
• Store and organize documents and attachments.
• Send reminders via email and, when enabled, via WhatsApp (with opt-in).
• Prevent fraud and improve security.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We may share data with providers that operate parts of the service (e.g. hosting, storage, email, billing, and WhatsApp). These providers process data under their contracts and policies.

5. Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations, audit, and security. On downgrade/cancellation, we do not automatically delete your data.
