Terms of Service

1. About Expirix

Expirix is a product operated by Studios 7 Desenvolvimento LTDA (CNPJ 52.907.286/0001-97). These Terms govern your use of Expirix, including the website, app, and related features.

2. Account & Access

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Workspaces & Plans

  • Billing is per workspace: each workspace has its own plan and limits.
  • Features described as “unlimited” are subject to fair use: they are designed for normal product usage. If your usage is abnormal or impacts costs/stability, we may apply temporary limits, suggest add-ons/upgrades, or move you to an Enterprise plan.
  • You can cancel anytime. When applicable, paid access continues until the end of the already-paid period.
  • On downgrade, data is not automatically deleted. If you are over plan limits, creation actions may be blocked until you upgrade.
  • Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for already-billed periods.

4. Documents, Uploads & Reminders

  • You control what you upload and confirm you have rights to store and share those files.
  • Reminders may be delivered by email and, on eligible plans, via WhatsApp (subject to opt-in and limits).
  • We do not guarantee perfect delivery by third-party providers, but we apply best practices such as retries, logging, and observability.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Expirix for illegal activities, third‑party rights violations, abuse, hacking attempts, spam, or any use that compromises service security.

6. Third‑Party Services

Expirix integrates third‑party services (e.g. Stripe, Google, Resend, Meta/WhatsApp, Cloudflare). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
